Shipping Information

Orders are generally ship within 5 business days from receipt of payment, but please note that this is a one-woman operation and all orders are processed, packaged, and shipped by me. I make every attempt to ship your order on time and respond to your questions or issues as soon as possible, but if at times of higher-than-usual volume of orders or other extraneous circumstances, it may take a bit longer to process your order or respond to inquiries.

All orders of original paintings are shipped through UPS or FedEx fully insured. Prints and reproductions are shipped through USPS. Shipping price is added on at checkout. If you prefer to make arrangements to pick up your artwork at my studio in Jersey City, NJ, please contact me before placing your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If your print order arrives damaged, or I ship you the wrong item, I will gladly exchange it for the same item. If you’ve purchased an original painting and it arrives damaged, I will refund your payment. Incorrectly shipped or damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. All other sales final, please.

Please note that I cannot be responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Please allow for slight differences from what is pictured on the website. I can only accept returns or exchanges on artwork if it arrives damaged or I ship you an incorrect item. Thank you for your understanding.
